2008 Methode Traditional

This classic wine was made to celebrate the births of our grandchildren: Anthony, Olivia, Isabella, Nicholas and Alessandro who have brought us great joy. This 2008 Reserve Methode Traditional was made from Chardonnay 60% and Pinot Noir 40% and displays a colour of pale golden straw.  The bouquet is of intense fruit followed by bread and yeast characters.  The palate is of rich fruit with excellent mousse, followed by a fine persistent bread with a luscious well-balanced finish.  A wine for celebration.

9 years on lees, hand riddled and disgorged.
