The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon displays a deep rich garnet colour with a bouquet of dark ripe berry fruits, mint, musk, maraschino cherries and hints of cedar. Rich luscious flavours of ripe blackberry, coffee and chocolate follow through to the palate which is perfectly framed by soft tannins.
This wine can be enjoyed now or will develop further with careful long term cellaring.
